My most sincere condolences to David’s family, colleagues and friends. It was a pleasure to have met him over a long lunch last year.
On behalf of SMAS Intellectual Property we extend our deepest sympathies to the family.
How very sad. I knew him from the time that he started the firm with Rosemary. A remarkable, energetic, humorous and, perhaps most important of all, a modest man. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and many friends.
So sorry to read of this. Always had a view to express on a case or issue as a result of his knowledge of law(s)and practice. But always put forward in a constructive and at times humorous way. A very entertaining companion too. Well remember a trip round San Diego harbour in his company during an INTA Conference!

It was sudden and so sad to me. He was such a fine and brilliant gentleman, who gave us a lot based on his wide knowledge on everything. He will not be forgotten by the many who admired and respected him. My sincere condolences to his family, colleagues and friends. He will be deeply missed.
David will by fondly remembered by many at AJ Park. It was always a pleasure to catch up with David, share a glass or two, and talk about ‘kiwi- v pommie’ differences. What a tragegic loss. David will be remembered by many at AJPark as one helluva kiwi. We enjoyed our catchups from time to time, softened by a lovely glass or two. His enthusiasm for life and his sense of humour will be missed by all that knew and loved him. RIP Corinne and the team at AJ Park

My heartfelt condolences to David’s family, Sean, Rosemary and everyone at Keltie. I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting David in 1991. A true scholar and a gentleman. I will always remember his ability to maintain a conversation with a group, appear to nod off during the conversation but bounce right back into the conversation when you least expect it without missing a single beat in the discussion. I will miss these precious moments my dear friend.

A huge loss. My heartfelt condolences to David’s family, Rosemary, Sean, Alistair and Judith and all his great team at Keltie. A wonderful gentleman and true friend whom I had the pleasure of knowing for over 20 years. I have so many happy memories that I will always treasure. I will miss him hugely.
Very sorry indeed to hear of David’s passing; I only met him a couple of times, but he struck me as an incredibly passionate and funny man. My condolences to his family, and everyone at Keltie.
Our sincere condolences on the recent passing of our good friend and colleague David.
Many at Shelston IP had the benefit of having close interactions with David over the years. I personally had the pleasure of spend inspiring evenings with David engaged in wonderful discussions, including his amazing journey, from the antipodes (NZ), in becoming a patent attorney in the UK and starting and growing his own firm.
He was indeed a remarkable person with a real passion for his work.
Very sad and a huge loss. I met him a few times and he is one of those people who was so unique and had great warmth.
Very Sad to hear about David, he was such a lovely man.. it was such a pleasure to have known him through working at Fleet Place House, David helped me out when I was going through a very bad time in 2005 and I will never forget everything he did for me…. such a great person, my condolences to his family. he will be deeply missed.
Sean, Judith, all of the partners, and everybody at Keltie LLP. We would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for looking after us yesterday, at our father, David Keltie’s funeral at St. Mark’s church. We felt a huge wave of love and affection from everybody.
Thank you for the lovely card you sent us, it was waiting for us when we eventually made it home from the generous and wonderful get together at The Engineer, and The Mitre.
Sean, your speech at the church was perfect and so moving. The service was beautiful and an amazing tribute to our dear father, and your inspirational colleague and dear friend. We were honoured to be present, to share the day and say goodbye to dad. Thank you to everybody for the wonderful tributes to our father from all around our beautiful planet; and also thinking of our family in New Zealand.
